Ukoliko to ne donese rezultate, gost se mo\u017ee obratiti organu uprave, odnosno organizaciji navedenoj u cjeniku.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clan 3<br \/>\nGostu nije dozvoljeno:<\/p>\n<p>Uno\u0161enje lako zapaljivog ili eksplozivnog materijala i materija (stvari) s jakim i neprijatnim mirisom.<br \/>\nUvo\u0111enje \u017eivotinja ukoliko prethodno za to nije dobio suglasnost iznajmljiva\u010da.<br \/>\nUporaba kuhala i gla\u010dala u sobi.<br \/>\nReme\u0107enje mira u vremenu od 14:00-16:00sati i 23:00-07:00sati, te stvaranje prekomjerne buke uporabom radio-tranzistora, televizora ili drugih aparata, odnosno muzi\u010dkih instrumenata.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clan 4<br \/>\nGost je du\u017ean:<\/p>\n<p>Pridr\u017eavati se ku\u0107nog reda i koristiti prostorije, inventar i instalacije pa\u017enjom dobrog doma\u0107ina.<br \/>\nOdjaviti se prije odlaska i platiti uslugu odnosno pokazati potvrdu o pla\u0107enoj usluzi.<br \/>\nPrijaviti sve usluge, a koje nisu uklju\u010dene u cijenu sobe, kao npr. Uporaba kuhinje, gla\u010danje, gara\u017eiranje automobila itd.<\/p>\n<h3>PRAVA\u00a0 I DU\u017dNOSTI IZNAJMLJIVA\u010cA<\/h3>\n<p>\u010clan 5<br \/>\nIznajmljiva\u010d ima pravo:<\/p>\n<p>otkazati kori\u0161tenje gostu koji svojim pona\u0161anjem remeti red i mir.<br \/>\nTra\u017eiti od gosta nadoknadu \u0161tete ako ovaj izgubi iznajmljiva\u010du stvar, odnosno ako namjerno ili grubom nepa\u017enjom prouzrokuje kvar na stvarima, instalacijama ili namje\u0161taju iznajmljiva\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clan 6<br \/>\nIznajmljiva\u010d je du\u017ean:<\/p>\n<p>Osigurati red i mir i pru\u017eiti gostu svu potrebnu pomo\u0107 oko njegovog smje\u0161taja.<br \/>\nTri dana zadr\u017eati praznu sobu za koju je unaprijed pla\u0107ena rezervacija, a gost nije do\u0161ao na vrijeme.<br \/>\nZadr\u017eati praznu sobu koju je gost platio za vrijeme privremenog prekida boravka.<br \/>\nSvakodnevno \u010distiti i spremati sobu i nusprostorije. Mijenjati posteljinu i ru\u010dnike iza svakog gosta, a u slu\u010daju duljeg boravka gosta mijenjati posteljinu najmanje svih sedam dana a ru\u010dnike najmanje svaka tri dana.<br \/>\nSvakodnevno \u010distiti i spremati prilaze, stepeni\u0161ta i okoli\u0161 zgrade.<br \/>\nNa\u0111ene odnosno zaboravljene stvari predati odnosno poslati gostu.
